HCR offers a variety of in-person training modules designed to enhance the capability of your staff, stimulate independent thought and promote workplace excellence. Our presentations are highly interactive and allow for plenty of time for questions or discussion…something you can’t get from computer-based training! Depending on your needs, training can be delivered a-la-carte, or as a comprehensive training package (Ready 101, Ready 102, and Team 20/20). Most training modules are limited to 1-hour sessions to minimize disruptions to patient care; leadership and management modules (HCR 110-115) are 8 hours each. Each student must pass an end-of-module competency quiz to receive a certificate documenting training. For your convenience, evening and weekend training is also available in your office or our training center.
