HCR offers a variety of online training modules designed to enhance the capability of your staff, stimulate independent thought, promote workplace excellence, and allow for remote learning. Our presentations are highly interactive, always live, and allow for plenty of time for questions or discussion…something you can’t get from recorded webinars! Depending on your needs, training can be delivered a-la-carte, or as a comprehensive training package (Ready 101, Ready 102, and Team 20/20). Most training modules are limited to 1-hour sessions to minimize disruptions to patient care; leadership and management modules (HCR 110-115) are 8 hours each. Each student must pass an end-of-module competency quiz to receive a certificate documenting training. For your convenience, evening and weekend training is also available in your office or our training center.
Ready 103 is the ideal compliance maintenance program for your staff and provides the essential training necessary to ensure compliance with standards. Training modules include Occupational Health & Safety (OSHA), False Claims, Workplace Diversity, HIPAA Compliance, and Management of Medical Emergencies.
Course attendees will learn to identify existing regulatory compliance requirements, review practice processes and recognize compliance problem areas, compare and contrast potential solutions, develop and employ process improvements, and explain regulatory compliance standards to patients as well as False Claims training for offices that serve patients with state or federal payor plans.
