HCR 114 – Executive Coaching– $75 per hr
Everybody benefits from having a steady coach to help bring clarity to practice operations and remain focused on the finish line. Our team of professionals has both the breadth and depth of experience necessary to provide that clarity and help retool business processes to achieve your goals. An integral part of this support also takes your leadership team through a comprehensive strategic planning exercise that is the springboard for practice growth. The exercise includes a SWOT analysis of your business, the creation of effective mission/vision statements, developing strategic goals, and identifying key business analytics. To ensure lasting results, we recommend the Strategic Planning session be followed by periodic guided, recurring Executive Staff meetings to make sure goals are being met and/or course corrections are implemented if necessary.
HCR 120 – Practice Management Support – $75 per hr
Practice Management Support is hands-on support for every executive level aspect of your business activity from developing and negotiating associate provider contracts, to practice acquisitions and consulting on clinical operation optimization.
HCR 121 – Patient Satisfaction Surveying ($90 monthly per clinic)
Satisfied customers are essential for continued success no matter the size, specialty, or location of your practice. Without meaningful feedback from your patients, it’s difficult to know if you’re on the right track and growing. An effective patient satisfaction survey is also key demonstrating that a practice is interested in quality and in doing things better. To that end, this service provides the practice owner with an unfiltered snapshot of patient experiences in the office. The process is simple; we collect patient email addresses from you every 30 days, send out the surveys, compile and analyze the results, and then produce a comprehensive report that we review with you and make recommendations for enhancing customer experiences.
HCR 126 – Human Resource Management Support – $75 per hr
Human Resource Management Support is a-la-carte consulting and hands-on support for all aspects of human resource issues in your practice. Our HR professionals are available to conduct conducting salary studies, develop Employee Handbooks, review disciplinary actions and even represent you during Texas Workforce Commission, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, or legal hearings.
HCR 127 – Clinic Design & Space Planning – $75 per hr
With over 30 years of experience designing healthcare facilities, our critical eye on space planning can save you thousands of dollars on architectural edits and costly design mistakes. We’ve designed everything from single-provider practices to clinics in excess of 37,400 square feet. The process is simple; tell us what you envision and we’ll sketch it for you. Once you’re satisfied with the drawing, we’ll send it to the architect of your choice and work with him or her to produce build-ready CAD drawings. We’ll also conduct regular site visits to ensure your builder completes the project as promised.
HCR 128 – Insurance Credentialing – $120 per contract
Credentialing or enrolling providers with insurance payors is one of the most challenging and frustrating aspects of running or starting a practice. The process requires a substantial amount of time-consuming paperwork for just one contract and the average office needs to be in-network with 10-15 to maintain a viable patient base. Our credentialing professionals take this burden off of your plate and see the project through from start to finish. We create your profile, submit applications, help you negotiate fee schedules, and follow-up to make sure the process is completed as quickly as possible!
